Our mission is to network and manage resources to provide a long-term solution for the timely placement of displaced children.

Our objectives include the following:

To eliminate the "boarder baby" problem within the state of New Jersey through the provision of temporary foster homes supported through a statewide church based network
To increase the availability of foster homes for infants and their siblings through diligent recruitment
To provide foster care, infant care and volunteer support training
To expedite placement of babies into permanent homes using comprehensive planning and effective networking
To provide qualified, culturally sensitive behavioral health assistance, especially for people who are involved in foster care
To provide quality day care for children
To promote public advocacy for underserved children and families
